| Some
eonymous bushes and a rosy-glow barberry lead up to our Japanese
Maple. |
A
closer shot of the Japanese Maple. It is expected to grow
only about 4 feet high but 6 feet wide. To the right of the
Japanese Maple is a hosta that we transplanted. |

 |
| Some
stones we dug up in the backyard make a nice path leading
to the faucet. The yellow bush in the background is a Golden
Eunoymous. |
On
the other side of the porch is our other Golden Eunoymous
bush, with a semi-circle of blue star creepers surrounding
it. Maria unintentionally made a happy face while planting
these! |

|
| We
transplanted hostas from the sides and front around the trees
in the front yard to create a pleasing effect. |
More
hostas planted around the pine tree in front of our new garden. |

|
| Once
these grow up, they will look much better! We have a burning
bush in the center in front of the chimney, flanked by two
small lavenders. |
One
more look at that beautiful rose bush and bird bath. |
